Welcome to the 2011 Underground Film Challenge The Winning entries of previous Challenges can be seen on the Previous Winners page. The Hastings Film Challenge is an exciting opportunity for everyone (of any age or background) to make a short 3minute film against the clock in an atmosphere of fun, creativity and good-hearted competition. This years challenge starts at 11am at the 'Bullet Coffee House', 38 Robertson St, Hastings, East Sussex, TN34 1HT. Here the film title and genre will be chosen at random my each film maker. They then have 5 days to script, film, edit, and master on to a USB stick (which will be returned) to be delivered no later then the 4pm on the 31st August 2011. The Film Challenge culminates in an underground award ceremony and public screening of all films produced. A trophy, 'The Golden Logie' award, will be presented to the best film. SCREENING & AWARDS will be taking place @ Venuu, George Street, Old Town on Thursday, 8th September. Doors open 7pm, screening starts 7.30pm! See you all there.
